Thomas Jefferson wrote these powerful words encouraging our founding fathers and the rest of the country to strive for a free and equal nation. Here and now in the 21st century, this goal has still not been fully achieved. Through the years, several generations of civil rights leaders have attempted to attain a grasp on justice for all races. But yet, this is not the reality.
